No surprises, no fine print—just scoop-ready clarity.   Once you complete your quote and submit your info, you’ll receive an email from our partner at Sweep & Go. It’ll include:

  • Your login details
  • A link to your Client Portal
  • Your receipt, including all the answers from your signup form
  • A copy of our Terms of Service


 

🐾 Perle’s Service-de-Caca Terms of Service

Perle’s crew is committed to clean turf, clear communication, and judgment-free service. By initiating service, both parties agree to the following terms:

  • Yard Access & Safety Clients are responsible for maintaining safe, unobstructed access to the yard. If we cannot safely enter due to locked gates, aggressive pets, or hazards, the visit will be charged and rescheduled once the issue is resolved. We close gates securely after each visit and provide photo confirmation for peace of mind.
  • Waste Handling All pet waste is double-bagged using our own durable bags (not town-issued bags) and placed in your designated disposal spot for regular trash pickup. If no spot is specified, we’ll default to the most discreet and accessible location.
  • Pet & Service Updates Please notify us of any changes in the number of pets, yard access, or service needs. If your pet(s) won’t be using the yard for a period (vacation, illness, etc.), let us know in advance to pause service and avoid unnecessary charges.
  • Weather & Rescheduling Inclement weather may delay service if conditions are hazardous. We’ll reschedule as soon as it’s safe to scoop.
  • Liability We assume no liability for damage to yards, gates, pets, or property. Our crew is trained to be respectful and discreet, but turf conditions vary.
  • Fees & Changes Pricing and promotions may change. You’ll be notified at least two (2) weeks in advance of any updates.
  • Cancellation & Payment Either party may cancel service at any time via email or the client portal. Unpaid balances are due within 15 days of billing.

Perle scoops with integrity—and she keeps things fair.

We want you to feel good about every visit. If something goes wrong or you’re not satisfied, here’s how refunds work:

💸 Service Refunds

  • If Perle misses a scheduled scoop or you’re charged in error, we’ll refund that visit—no fuss, no paw-point penalties.
  • If you cancel before your first visit, you’ll receive a full refund.
  • For recurring services, cancellations made before the next billing cycle will not be charged.

🐾 Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you’re unhappy with a service, let us know within 48 hours. We’ll either make it right or refund that visit.
  • Perle’s goal is clean turf and happy humans—so don’t hesitate to reach out.

📬 How to Request a Refund

Email perlescaca@gmail.com with your name, service address, and a brief note. We’ll respond promptly and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.
